CENTRAL AIR
Central air conditioning units use a single fan and coil system to cool an entire building. There are a wide variety of central air conditioning units available that will fit the needs of any sized building from large warehouses to small cottages and medium sized homes. Fan and coil air conditioning units use pressurized refrigerant to absorb heat from the air inside a building. The system then recirculates the cold air through a duct system that is calibrated to disperse the air evenly through your home.
DUCTLESS MINI SPLITS
Ductless mini splits are a solution for homes and buildings that do not have the room to install ducting for a central air system. Air ducts will take up space either above your home in the attic or below your home in the crawl space. Mini splits are a great solution for hotels, hospitals, and homes that want individual climate control on a room to room basis.
HEAT PUMPS
Heat pumps are a multi-faceted solution to heating and cooling smaller to medium sized buildings. A heat pump uses pressurized coolant to cool air in the summer and warm air in the winter. Heat pumps run solely off of electricity and are ideal for homes in warmer climates.
GAS FURNACE
Gas furnaces are a more efficient solution to heating air than a heat pump but use gasses like natural gas and propane. A gas furnace is better for larger buildings that need to heat air at a higher rate, and also extremely efficient for smaller homes. A furnace will integrate into existing AC ducting and can be set to be on the same thermostat.
